Welcome to Notely ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our audio transcription and AI summarization services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Notely provides AI-powered audio transcription, summarization, and study tools designed to help students, professionals, and researchers convert audio content into searchable, organized text and summaries.

Service Description

Our services include:

  • Audio file transcription using advanced AI technology
  • AI-generated summaries and key point extraction
  • Multiple export formats (PDF, Word, Text)
  • Cloud storage and organization of your content
  • Search and filtering capabilities
  • User dashboard and analytics
Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Current Plans:

  • Free Plan: 10 minutes per month at no cost
  • Premium Plan: 300 minutes per month for $19.99/month
  • Enterprise Plan: 900 minutes per month for $49.99/month

Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Important:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You retain access to your account and data until the end of your billing period
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan with limited features
Refund and Dispute Policy

We strive to provide excellent service. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help resolve any issues.

Refund Policy:

  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds
  • Paid subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of their first payment
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Technical issues will be resolved promptly, and billing adjustments may be provided

Dispute Resolution:

  • Contact our support team first to resolve any issues
  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
  • If disputes cannot be resolved, we may offer account credits or partial refunds
  • For billing disputes, contact Stripe support directly
Return Policy

Since we provide digital services, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we have policies in place to ensure customer satisfaction.

Digital Service Policy:

  • No physical goods are sold, so no returns are needed
  • If you're unsatisfied with transcription quality, we'll re-process your audio
  • Technical issues are resolved free of charge
  • Account credits may be provided for service failures
Legal and Export Restrictions

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

Prohibited Uses:

  • Uploading copyrighted material without permission
  • Processing illegal or harmful content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Using services for illegal activities
  • Attempting to reverse engineer our technology

Export Restrictions:

  • Services may not be available in all countries
  • Users must comply with local data protection laws
  • Some features may be restricted based on location
  • We reserve the right to restrict access in certain regions
